Clover Aviation Capital Wins Airline Economics European Engine Finance Deal of the Year
Clover Aviation Capital is pleased to announce that its sale and leaseback financing of eight Pratt & Whitney PW1133GA-JM engines with Wizz Air, incorporating Japanese Operating Lease (JOL) placements, has been named Engine Finance Deal of the Year at the Airline Economics Aviation 100 European Awards 2026.
The transaction combined Clover's engine financing capabilities with access to Japanese institutional capital, providing Wizz Air with a flexible and competitive financing solution for eight state-of-the-art engines supporting its Airbus A321neo fleet.
