Clover Aviation Capital announces the appointment of Harvey Lau as the General Counsel and Head of Legal, based in Hong Kong, reporting to Joe Ye Tian the President and Chief Executive Officer.

Formerly a Principal at Baker McKenzie, Harvey is widely recognized as one of the most experienced and well-respected aviation finance lawyers in the Asia Pacific Region. Holder of a Master of Laws from New York University and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Hong Kong, he is admitted to practice law in New York State, Hong Kong, and England and Wales.  

During his 27 years of legal practice, Harvey has earned numerous accolades across the region. He was named one of the Leading Lawyers in China, Hong Kong and Asia Pacific by The International Who’s Who of Aviation Lawyers, IFLR 1000, Asia Pacific Legal 500, Chambers Asia Pacific, Chambers Global and Euromoney Legal Group’s Guide to World’s Leading Aviation Lawyers for years.
