Clover Aviation Capital is pleased to announce that, with effect from 01 July 2022,  Yoshihisa Fujita has been appointed as Non-Executive Chairman of the company.

Yoshihisa Fujita is a very experienced banker, especially in the investment banking field, having successfully completed many M&A, ECM, DCM and Structured Finance deals globally. He assumed his current position, Head of Specialty Finance (SFT) of Strategic Investment Department, in 2018 and established SFT in Mizuho Bank from scratch. Prior to his present responsibility, he was Head of Lease Finance/Securitization, Financial Products Division of Mizuho Bank (USA) in New York (2015-2018) immediately after transferring from Head of Transportation and Logistics Sector, Global Investment Banking Group of Mizuho Securities in Tokyo (2012-2015). He began his professional career in Mizuho Bank, and holds a BBA from Meiji University and finished an accredited EEP from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
