    Duties and responsibilities
      • As the primary person of our in-house legal team responsible for filing, and managing the filing and safekeeping of all transaction and non-transaction documents electronically and physically.

      • Gathering and following up on CP/CS for the typical transactions of an aircraft leasing and trading company.

      • Assisting in completing internal execution process.

      • Providing support to business teams, in particular the technical and asset management teams, including reviewing and commenting on related business documents.

      • Drafting and advising on board resolutions, non-disclosure agreements, letters of intent for operating leasing transactions, purchase & leaseback of new or used aircraft, sale of aircraft and related lease, simple lease amendment agreements, and other similar documents.

      • Ad hoc tasks assigned by department head.

    Qualifications
      • Bachelor’s Degree holder

      • 1+ year(s) or above relevant working experience

      • Strong command of both written and spoken English

      • Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of products

    Duties and responsibilities
      • Responsible for the daily administration for aircraft operating lease contracts, including interaction with airlines for collection of lease deliverables, funds received under contract

      • Responsible for the daily administration for all lease obligation, including Rent, Maintenances reserves, deposit and servicing invoices)

      • Lease review and preparation of lease summaries for all new assets

      • The set-up of all aircraft and engine contracts in the Company’s Asset Management System including lease and loan covenants.

      • Reconcile and report on all monies received under contract during the month

      • Responding to Audit Questionnaires received from Lessees

      • Preparation of periodic reports required by the Company and aircraft owners

      • Electronic storage of relevant documentation, and periodic quality “No-Gaps” audits and resolve legacy missing document issues.

      • Monitoring of monthly lessee aircraft status reports and entry of monthly utilisation into the Asset Management system

      • Management of all assets on the International Registry of Mobile Assets

      • Assisting Legal to manage transactions through documentation phase to contract signature and closing, ensuring that all documentation and CP’s are collated to meet deadlines in accordance with Clover’s Policies and Procedures

    Qualifications
      • Bachelor’s degree or above majoring in financing, marketing, business management, aviation engineering or comparable professional fields;

      • Minimum 2 years of work experience for an aircraft leasing company or similar contract management role;

      • Some experience with Technical Management System for inputting an managing aircraft records is an advantage;

      • Good communications skills and the ability to produce reports to a high standard

    Duties and responsibilities
      • Responsible for airline-based origination in designated region (sale and leasebacks, aircraft remarketing, etc.;

      • Responsible for managing the "coverage" of airlines in designated region for the purposes of 

        (a) sourcing and executing aircraft acquisition opportunities,

        (b) sourcing and executing aircraft remarketing opportunities for the owned and managed fleet, including lease extensions,

        (c) placing own orderbook,

        (d) expanding our airline relationships while maintaining existing ones;

      • Promote the Clover brand and commercial strategic efforts globally;

      • Work with team to ensure all aspects of a transaction including structure, credit, technical, tax & accounting, financing, legal etc. are compliant;

      • Liaise with all relevant parties from both internal and external to ensure ongoing reporting requirements are met and resolve all deal related issues on a timely basis;

      • Co-ordinate aircraft leasing and portfolio trading projects.

    Qualifications
      • Bachelor or higher degree in Economics, Finance, Management, Law, Air Transportation, English, etc.;

      • 5 years or more experience in aviation related business including time spent within in an aircraft leasing company;

      • Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office; 

      • Excellent English skills in both written and spoken;

      • Good communication skills;

      • Could accept to travel frequently;

    Duties and responsibilities
      • Carry out general clerical duties and provide full spectrum of administrative support to the department.

      • Mainly responsible for the daily operation of reception to including manage front desk area, welcoming guests & visitors in a professional and friendly manner, manage and route incoming phone calls appropriately etc.

      • Responsible for managing locker facilities, reception area and meeting rooms in clean and orderly condition.

      • Responsible for the daily operation and maintaining all service utensils and equipment’s in well condition in helping prepare any coffee or tea for guests.

      • Providing legal advice on all aircraft leasing, financing and trading compliance issues, including structuring, default, restructuring and repossession. 

      • Instructing and preparing briefs to external legal counsel.

      • Reviewing all commercial contracts relating to the day-to-day operations of the Company and assisting in negotiations where appropriate.

    Qualifications

      • Monitor and analyse macro economy, geopolitical risks, aviation industry, financial market and conduct deep-dive research to specific risks when required;

      • Monitor the Company’s operating asset;

      • Draft and update Risk Management Department’s relevant policies and procedures;

      • Perform initial review on the assessment of the Company’s operational risk, maintain risk register, and monitor the implementation status on risk mitigation strategies by relevant departments and prepare draft report to senior management;

    Qualifications
