    Duties and responsibilities
      • Perform initial review on the Company’s risk-control assessment to assess the operational risk and the effectiveness of mitigation measures, maintain risk register, and monitor the implementation status on risk mitigation strategies by relevant departments. Prepare draft report to senior management;

      • Facilitate the establishment and enhancement of internal control environments and governance processes, review new draft policies and procedures and enhance currently established policies and procedures of the Company;

      • Conduct internal control review, draft internal control review report, and monitor the implementation status of mitigation actions established based on internal control review observations;

      • Draft and update Risk Management Department’s relevant policies and procedures;

      • Monitor and analyse debtor (airline)’s credit related matters, such as historical financial and business performance, timely prepare draft report to Risk Management Department, senior management and other relevant departments in case of debtor’s credit deterioration;  

      • Maintain and update airlines credit rating table;

      • Monitor and analyse macro economy, geopolitical risks, aviation industry, financial market and conduct deep-dive research to specific risks when required;

      • Monitor the Company’s operating asset; and

      • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Company.


    Qualifications
      • Bachelor Degree and above holder in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related disciplines;

      • Minimum 5 years’ solid experience in  risk management, internal audit, internal control, compliance, business accounting or finance experience;

      • Strong analytical and logical skills;

      • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, be able to work efficiently and effectively with other stakeholders;

      • Fast learner, strong team player, self-motivated, detail-oriented, multi-tasking skills with strong ability of time management and be able to meet deadlines under pressure; 

      • Proficiency in maths and knowledge in accounting; 

      • Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite for financial, credit and portfolio analysis and drawing up documents; and

      • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin.

    Duties and responsibilities
      • Achieve operational excellence, work closely with local HR team members to optimize employee experience and manage employee life cycle process (talent acquisition, onboarding & offboarding, compensation and benefits administration, tax filing, oversee payroll, HR compliance, employee relations, talent management, attendance and leave management, HR data analysis, learning & development, global mobility etc.) of all Group Companies; 

      • Be aware to latest market trend for employee wellbeing and benefits e.g. employee wellbeing research, flexible working hours, people policies, employee group benefits and awards etc.;

      • Ensure all HR data are promptly entered into the HR system and record filing in an accurate and timely manner.  Implement procedures to ensure such data is fully secure during and after the employee’s tenure;

      • Capable to establish HR policies and internal standard operating procedures.  Vigorously monitor changes in legislation and regulations and if necessary, make recommendation to streamline HR practices and modify documentation to reflect such changes proactively;

      • Support Head of HR to deploy HR projects, including but not limited to compensation and benefits benchmarking, policies and practices benchmarking, HRMS implementation and HR digitalization;

      • Provide people analytics and reporting for better decision-making and provide governance for workforce planning and position management;

      • Formulate and execute training strategies and HR events to promote Corporate Culture that are aligned with business strategies and organizational needed; 

      • Undertake any other duties/special assignments and projects as assigned to support on all kind of global and regional HR initiatives.

    Qualifications
      • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or relevant disciplines;

      • 5-9 years of HR experience in driving / lead HR projects related and relevant Human Resources operation experience;

      • Sensitive to figures and able to interpret and communicate statistical data; 

      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to manage multiple priorities and adapt to fast paced environment;

      • Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skill, organised with thorough attention to detail;

      • A flexible mindset to acquire new knowledge along with a strong sense of accountability to complete assigned work on time;

      • Proven ability to deal with diverse groups of people;

      • Responsible for managing cleaning staff for the daily operation and maintaining all service utensils and equipment in good condition, serving snacks and beverages for guest;

    Qualifications

      • Assisting General Counsel and Head of Legal in providing legal advice to Senior Management in daily operations and special projects.

      • Providing legal support on aircraft leasing, financing and trading transactions, and fund-raising activities, including reviewing, drafting and negotiating transaction and fund-raising documents, and providing advice on structuring, compliance, exit and dispute resolution to various business teams. 

      • Assisting in all commercial contracts relating to the day-to-day operations of the Company, including reviewing, preparing and negotiating relevant documentation where appropriate.

      • Instructing and preparing briefs to external legal counsel for transactional and dispute matters.

    Qualifications
      • Qualified to practice law in Hong Kong, UK, US, Australia, Singapore or Ireland.

      • Minimum eight years’ post qualification experience in banking or aircraft leasing and financing work with an international law firm, or an aircraft leasing or trading company.

      • Strong management and organizational skills and be able to work under pressure.

      • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills, with a strong command of both written and spoken English and an ability to draft concisely and accurately.

      • Support the aircraft trading team to conduct market and industry research and analysis;

      • Prepare transaction summaries, analysis modeling and presentation materials for external and internal use; 

      • Assist in coordinating and support in client meetings as needed;

      • Communicate efficiently and proactively with internal and external counterparties to complete the transactions according to Company’s standards;

      • Domestic business travels within Japan is required;

      • Occasional overseas visits with airlines and lessors to get market insights when necessary;

      • Participate in various global aircraft leasing related conferences and events when needed;

    Qualifications

      • Minimum 1 year experience in leasing companies, banks, securities firms or aviation related companies; fresh graduates with interest in aviation business will also be considered;

    Duties and responsibilities

      • Explore and source financing opportunities in banks especially Japanese banks to cover secured term loan, unsecured term loan, warehouse facility, revolving facility, etc. 

      • Negotiate with financiers over the commercial terms of financing and conduct financial analysis to test the feasibility of loan covenants (e.g. DSCR, lessee concentration limits, country concentration limits) in terms of current business condition

      • Assist the financing transaction process including engagement of external advisors and counsel, corporate credit rating and rating agency presentation to close the transaction by specified timeline

      • Maintain close relationship with banks especially Japanese banks to assess future financing and gather the market intelligence over industry change (e.g. general view over industry, bank practice over LIBOR transition)

      • Support the loan administration and compliance of financing obligations covering LTV and DSCR reporting, compliance certificate, loan payment, rollover, drawdown, disclosure of authorization documents and asset operating reports, etc.

      • Conduct regular research on borrowing markets 

      • Address the periodic demands of KYC and credit review from financiers

      • Review and comment on IRR model of company investment project from financing perspective to ensure an accurate and fair measurement of project return

      • Facilitate company asset sale and ensure the smooth transfer of title by sharing of structure and obligations of relevant financing, proposing fund flows, collecting consents from underlying lenders and working for timely release of securities

      • Regularly report to major Japanese shareholder in respect of the existing loan and company development

      • Support in departmental reporting, both English or Japanese, to company management and shareholder (e.g. maintenance of existing loan, regular reporting of work process, update of financing project status)

    Qualifications
      • Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting or business related disciplines

      • More than 3-year experience in corporate financing, treasury management or similar functions, preferably from Japanese financial institutions

      • Proficiency in financial analysis such as DCF, NPV, IRR, weighted average life, financials ratio analysis

      • Familiar with financial metrics and various type of financing products

      • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.), Bloomberg terminal

      • Strong command of both written and spoken English and Japanese
