Duties and responsibilities
Execute daily settlements for all treasury transactions initiated by the Financing Department, including bank payments, foreign exchange transactions, intercompany drawdowns, funds transfers, and FX exchanges.
Process settlement payments and receipts while ensuring accurate documentation is maintained.
Actively manage bank accounts, open bank account, optimize account structure and oversee eBanking user access and token management.
Assist in preparing treasury reports, and risk management reports, and manage cashflow for supervisor review.
Implement treasury initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, such as automating payment processes or optimizing cash flow management..
Manage intercompany loans, including drawdowns, extensions, and amendments.
Monitor the trends in SOFR (Secured Overnight Financing Rate) and exchange rates to inform financial decision-making.
Handle other ad hoc projects required by the Company.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher.
Minimum 1 year of proven experience in finance, accounting, treasury, or a similar role.
Experience in handling payments and fund transfers is a plus.
Fluency in English and Mandarin/Cantonese is required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with experience in financial modeling considered advantageous.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Demonstrated patience and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all payment-related tasks.

Duties and responsibilities
Collection and review of the monthly utilization reports from the lessees, reporting relevant updates and discrepancies and following up with the lessees accordingly;
Updating aircraft usage, maintenance and configuration information and producing reports on a scheduled and as-required basis for internal and external clients;
Recording of lease and aircraft data, including lease technical conditions, technical specifications, and aircraft utilisation, into the Company’s Asset Management System;
Preparation of aircraft specifications to support the trading and marketing opportunities as required;
Aircraft and engine valuation and fly-forward analyses;
Maintaining the Company’s aircraft and engine records, maintenance and modification cost databases, and other information databases as required;
Calculating and/or cross checking of maintenance reserves on monthly basis for the applicable aircraft;
Monitoring aircraft incidents and accidents on regular basis, and reporting on significant events;
Attendance at new aircraft deliveries and assistance with the process management;
Assistance with the completion of periodic inspection or pre-purchase inspection of aircraft, records review and report drafting;
Preparation of budget and recharge reports for managed aircraft;
Monitoring or attending any maintenance activities or modifications of the aircraft, records review and report drafting as required;
Assistance with the management of external consultants as required;
Assistance with the management of the relationship with OEM’s/MRO’s as required;
Assistance with applications for internal approval in connection with transactions/deals/projects as required.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to be degree qualified or have relevant aviation experience;
Minimum 3 years’ experience in Aircraft Leasing, Airline, MRO or related consultancy company;
General knowledge of the Boeing and Airbus Products both narrow- and wide-body;
Project management experience would be an advantage;
Experience with Technical Management Systems for inputting and managing aircraft records would be an advantage;
Self-starter, problem solver, ability to work independently and a can-do attitude;
Good communications skills and the ability to produce technical reports to a high standard;
Collaborative approach to teamwork that supports the company culture;
Committed to professional excellence and demonstrate a natural attention for detail;
Highly motivated individual with the ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines;
Proven ability work within a multi functioning / multi – cultural team;
Computer literate and familiar with MS Office products;
This position will require substantial overseas travel and flexibility in this regard is prerequisite for any candidate.

Duties and responsibilities
Originate and support engine acquisition, trading, marketing/remarketing and lease‑back opportunities, contributing to deal pipeline development and revenue generation.
Monitor global engine market trends, maintenance economics, and supply‑demand dynamics; maintain current benchmarks on engine values, shop visit costs, and maintenance programs.
Work closely with the technical team and prepare maintenance cost forecasts to support investment committee decisions and deal structuring.
Develop engine valuations, pricing recommendations, and financial models based on engine type, age, utilization, maintenance status, and market conditions.
Support execution of aircraft and engine acquisitions, disposals, trades, and lease‑backs, including contract due diligence, bid strategy, and negotiation.
Work closely with legal, technical, and commercial teams to optimize transaction outcomes and risk allocation.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aviation Management, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 8 years’ proven experience in engine valuation, pricing, or technical‑commercial analysis within aircraft leasing, engine trading, MROs, or OEM environments.
In-depth knowledge of commercial aircraft engines, maintenance reserves, and lease agreement structures.
Strong communication skills with ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders at a senior level.
Excellent English proficiency; proficiency in additional languages is considered an advantage.

Qualifications

Proficiency in system integration, database management, and troubleshooting.
Experience in project management, business analysis, prototype buildup, UI/UX design and data analysis tools is an advantage.
PMP, PRINCE 2, ITIL, Microsoft certification would be an advantage.
A user-oriented, logical thinking and proven analytical and problem-solving skills
Independent, efficient, able to work under pressure with tight schedule.
Fluent English both in speaking and writing, Mandarin skills preferred.

Providing legal support as part of a sizeable in-house legal team on aircraft leasing, financing and trading transactions, including reviewing, drafting and negotiating transaction documents, and providing advice on transaction structures to various business teams.
Providing legal advice on structures, documentation and compliance issues related to aircraft leasing, financing and trading transactions.
Instructing and preparing briefs to external legal counsel.
Reviewing all commercial contracts relating to the day-to-day operations of the Company and assisting in negotiations where appropriate.
Assisting department head in leading and coaching the junior team.
Developing documentation required by various business teams, including document templates, and company policy and procedures.
Assisting in the Company’s corporate approval process, corporate governance and compliance matters.
Qualifications
Qualified to practice law in Ireland, UK, Hong Kong, Australia or Singapore.
Minimum five years’ post qualification experience in aircraft leasing and financing work with an international law firm, aircraft leasing or trading entity, or a financial institution.
Strong organizational skills and be able to work under pressure.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills, with a strong command of both written and spoken English and an ability to draft concisely and accurately.
Commercially astute, energetic and able to operate independently and lead projects.
