Duties and responsibilities
Explore and source financing opportunities in both banking and capital markets covering secured term loan, unsecured term loan, warehouse facility, revolving facility, corporate bond etc.
Maintain close relationship with banks to assess future financing while gathering the market intelligence over industry trends (e.g. ESG loans, financing and hedging products)
Negotiate favorable commercial terms with financiers to optimize financing structures covering pricing, security package, covenants and more
Manage loan documentation, including drafting, reviewing loan agreements, security documents, and other related process
Support the loan administration and compliance of financing obligations covering compliance certificate, loan payment, rollover, drawdown, disclosure of authorization documents and asset operating reports, etc.
Address the periodic demands of KYC and credit review from financiers
Monitor company cash balance, asset liability management and prepare periodic reports to ensure sufficient liquidity
Support daily corporate payments
Review and comment on IRR model of company investment project and asset value from financing perspective to ensure an accurate and fair measurement of project return
Financing and loan compliance
Treasury and liquidity management
Interdepartmental collaboration
Qualifications
Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting or business related disciplines
More than 3-year experience in corporate finance, treasury or similar functions. While experience in corporate banking or the aviation sector is preferred but not required, candidates with expertise in lessor financing will be given special consideration.
Proficiency in financial analysis such as RR, weighted average life, financials ratio analysis
Familiarity with financial metrics and a range of financing products is preferred.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.), Bloomberg terminal
Strong command of both written and spoken English
Willingness to engage in client-facing role, demonstrate proficiency in business development, and travel for business purposes.

Conduct capital management for all Clover entities, based on the business and operation purposes, including preference share issuance and dividend distribution
Conduct organization structuring of all Clover entities, including newly set-up of departments/divisions/teams
Liaise with secretary companies for SPV establishment, maintenance and liquidation
Assist with accounting and audit of Dublin platform and SPVs
Assist with regular tax filling and tax compliance issues of Dublin platform and SPVs
Assist with budget and expense management of Dublin platform and SPVs
Assist with bank account management of Dublin platform and SPVs
Other extra duties as required by line manager and senior management
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and above
Proven experience in corporate governance or similar aspects for more than 3 years
Experience in secretary companies and industry peers is preferred
Proficient in using Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills
Strong command of both written and spoken English

Duties and responsibilities
Proactively explore and identify financing opportunities in banks, with a particular emphasis on Japanese banks;
Source and analyze the financing options available, including secured term loans, unsecured loans, warehouse facilities, revolving facilities, and other relevant financing instruments;
Develop and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions, ensuring a robust network to source favorable financing terms.
Negotiate with financiers over the commercial terms of financing and conduct financial analysis to
test the feasibility of loan covenants (e.g. DSCR, lessee concentration limits, country concentration limits) in terms of current business condition.
Support the loan administration and compliance of financing obligations covering LTV and DSCR reporting, compliance certificate,
loan payment, rollover, drawdown, disclosure of authorization documents and asset operating reports etc.; and
Conduct in-depth financial analysis to assess the feasibility and risks associated with different financing options..

Qualifications

Min. 5 years relevant experience in corporate financing, loan management or similar financing functions,

Familiar with financial metrics and various type of financing products

Duties and responsibilities
Collection and review of the monthly utilization reports from the lessees, reporting relevant updates and discrepancies and following up with the lessees accordingly;
Updating aircraft usage, maintenance and configuration information and producing reports on a scheduled and as-required basis for internal and external clients;
Recording of lease and aircraft data, including lease technical conditions, technical specifications, and aircraft utilisation, into the Company’s Asset Management System;
Preparation of aircraft specifications to support the trading and marketing opportunities as required;
Maintaining the Company’s maintenance and modification cost databases, and other information databases as required;
Calculating and/or cross checking of maintenance reserves on monthly basis for the applicable aircraft;
Monitoring aircraft incidents and accidents on regular basis, and reporting on significant events;
Attendance at new aircraft deliveries and assistance with the process management;
Assistance with the completion of periodic inspection or pre-purchase inspection of aircraft, records review and report drafting;
Preparation of budget and recharge reports for managed aircraft;
Monitoring or attending any maintenance activities or modifications of the aircraft, records review and report drafting as required;
Assistance with the management of external consultants, and with the relationship with OEM’s/MRO’s as required, as required;
Assistance with applications for internal approval in connection with transactions/deals/projects as required.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to be degree qualified or have relevant aviation experience;
Minimum 3 years’ experience in Aircraft Leasing, Airline, MRO or related consultancy company;
General knowledge of the Boeing and Airbus Products both narrow- and wide-body;
Project management experience would be an advantage;
Experience with Technical Management Systems for inputting and managing aircraft records would be an advantage;
Self-starter, problem solver, ability to work independently and a can-do attitude;
Good communications skills and the ability to produce technical reports to a high standard;
Collaborative approach to teamwork that supports the company culture;
Committed to professional excellence and demonstrate a natural attention for detail;
Highly motivated individual with the ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines;

Assist department head and team members to identify new JOL clients in the region through direct approach and diversity channels (e.g. banks, security companies, tax and accounting firms etc.);
Maintain solid relationships with new and existing clients, in particular, the working and deal execution level personnel by regular visits, phone calls and emails etc;
Identify the needs from new and existing clients and make appropriate proposals in a timely manner;
Prepare transaction summaries and analysis materials required for external and internal use;
Actively collect JOL marketing information through different channels and report internally in a timely manner;
Communicate efficiently and proactively with internal and external counterparties to complete the transactions according to Company’s standards;
Regular domestic business travels within Japan is required;
Occasional overseas visits to airlines and lessors to get market insights when necessary;
Participate in various global aircraft leasing related conferences and events when needed.
Look for new clients and opportunities within the assigned region to achieve the department trading target in JOL market proactively. Cooperate with relevant departments to close transactions smoothly.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above;
Minimum 3 years’ marketing, sales or origination experience in leasing companies, banks, securities firms or trading companies, with certain level of JOL or JOLCO knowledge and experience would be preferred;
Experiences in sales (other than JOL/JOLCO sales) is required;
Confident and self-motivated;
Native Japanese is a must, English reading and writing capability preferred.
