Duties and responsibilities
Lead enterprise application projects from requirements gathering, solution design, vendor coordination, UAT, deployment, training, and post-go-live support.
Partner with business departments, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and external vendors to turn business needs into practical system and AI-enabled solutions.
Manage and enhance core business systems, including OA, ERP, finance systems, HRMS, CRM, Leasepoint, SharePoint, workflow platforms, and related enterprise applications.
Drive AI-enabled initiatives such as generative AI, Copilot use cases, chatbots, knowledge management, workflow automation, document analysis, analytics-driven automation, and RAG-based solutions.
Identify manual, duplicated, or inefficient workflows and redesign them through automation, system integration, and AI capabilities.
Evaluate application vendors, AI platforms, ERP solutions, and technology partners to ensure fit-for-purpose, secure, scalable, and business-oriented delivery.
Manage project scope, timelines, budget, risks, issues, documentation, and stakeholder communications.
Champion user adoption, change management, training, and continuous improvement to ensure technology solutions deliver measurable business value.
Qualifications
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, AI, Data Science, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline.
8–10+ years of experience in IT application management, business systems implementation, digital transformation, or technology project delivery.
Proven experience with enterprise applications such as OA, ERP, finance systems, HRMS, CRM, asset management systems, SharePoint, workflow tools, or other large-scale business platforms.
Strong understanding of modern AI concepts and practical business applications, including generative AI, AI agents, Copilot, intelligent automation, machine learning, knowledge bases, analytics, and AI-powered document processing.
Hands-on experience in requirement analysis, system design, vendor management, UAT, deployment, change management, integration, data transformation, and application support.
Good understanding of application governance, cybersecurity, data privacy, access control, system resilience, and responsible AI usage.
Strong commercial and business acumen, with the ability to identify realistic technology and AI use cases that improve efficiency, reduce manual workload, strengthen compliance, and support business growth.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, influencing, and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with executive, business, and technical teams.
High proficiency in English and Chinese.

Duties and responsibilities
Manage the daily administration for aircraft operating lease contracts, including interaction with airlines for collection of lease deliverables;
Manage the daily administration for all lease deliverables, including rent, maintenances reserves, deposits and servicing fees, and timely issuance of all related invoices;
The administration and reconciliation of letters of credit and security deposits, insurance certificates, aircraft maintenance reserve funds and periodic maintenance rate adjustments;
Establishment and maintenance of contingent insurance of own and managed fleet;
Liaise with other functions to answer queries concerning insurance, company certificates and corporate financial statements from customers, financiers, or regulators;
Monitoring all bank accounts to confirm receipt of receivables due; daily reporting and escalation as necessary of debt issues;
Lease review and prepare lease summaries for all new assets;
The set-up of all aircraft and engine contracts in the Company’s asset management system including lease covenants;
Reconcile and report on all monies received under contract during the month, and preparation of periodic reports required by the Company and aircraft owners;
Electronic storage of relevant documentation, and periodic quality “No-Gaps” audits;
Monitoring of monthly lessee aircraft status reports and entry of monthly utilization into the asset management system;
Monitoring and liaising with the Technical team to ensure timely and accurate input of technical data to the aircraft records and Leasepoint system;
Other responsibilities assigned by the Company from time to time.
Reporting to and assisting the Director, Head of Asset Management in the performance of the following duties:
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above majoring in finance, marketing, business management, aviation engineering or comparable professional fields;
Min. 3 years of relevant work experience for an aircraft leasing company or in a similar contract management role in the aviation or other industry;
Good communication, organizational and administrative skills, accuracy, attention to detail and the ability to produce reports to a high standard and manage priorities to meet multiple deadlines.

Collection and review of the monthly utilization reports from the lessees, reporting relevant updates and discrepancies and following up with the lessees accordingly;

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to be degree qualified or have relevant aviation experience;
Minimum 3 years’ experience in Aircraft Leasing, Airline, MRO or related consultancy company;
General knowledge of the Boeing and Airbus Products both narrow- and wide-body;
Project management experience would be an advantage;
Experience with Technical Management Systems for inputting and managing aircraft records would be an advantage;
Self-starter, problem solver, ability to work independently and a can-do attitude;
Good communications skills and the ability to produce technical reports to a high standard;

Qualifications
