• Lead enterprise application projects from requirements gathering, solution design, vendor coordination, UAT, deployment, training, and post-go-live support.

Reporting to and assisting the Director, Head of Asset Management in the performance of the following duties:

• Manage the daily administration for aircraft operating lease contracts, including interaction with airlines for collection of lease deliverables;

• Manage the daily administration for all lease deliverables, including rent, maintenances reserves, deposits and servicing fees, and timely issuance of all related invoices;

• The administration and reconciliation of letters of credit and security deposits, insurance certificates, aircraft maintenance reserve funds and periodic maintenance rate adjustments;

• Establishment and maintenance of contingent insurance of own and managed fleet;

• Liaise with other functions to answer queries concerning insurance, company certificates and corporate financial statements from customers, financiers, or regulators;

• Monitoring all bank accounts to confirm receipt of receivables due; daily reporting and escalation as necessary of debt issues;

• Lease review and prepare lease summaries for all new assets;

• The set-up of all aircraft and engine contracts in the Company’s asset management system including lease covenants;

• Reconcile and report on all monies received under contract during the month, and preparation of periodic reports required by the Company and aircraft owners;

• Electronic storage of relevant documentation, and periodic quality “No-Gaps” audits;

• Monitoring of monthly lessee aircraft status reports and entry of monthly utilization into the asset management system;
