    Duties and responsibilities
      • Recording of lease and aircraft data – lease technical conditions, and technical specifications, utilisation into the Company’s Asset Management System;

      • Maintenance reserve – claim processing as per lease agreements and calculation of the lessor contributions, Audit planning, assessment of technical audits and implementation;

      • Technical management of the delivery, redelivery and transition of aircraft;

      • Attendance and oversight and of aircraft undergoing major maintenance events and storage;

      • Management of external consultants as required;

      • Review of LOI & Lease documentation from a technical perspective;

      • Provision of support on lease technical and maintenance queries to other departments;

      • Review of configuration specifications and provision of cost estimates for new aircraft deliveries, redeliveries and transitions;

      • Manage aircraft from a technical aspect throughout their lifecycle;

      • Updating aircraft usage information and producing reports on a scheduled and as-required basis for internal and external clients;

      • Developing and maintaining the Company’s maintenance and modification cost databases, and other information databases as required;

      • Monitoring aircraft incidents and accidents, and reporting on significant events and developments affecting airworthiness and operation of aircraft, and their implication for the Company’s business;

      • Maintain strong relationships with the OEM’s and MRO’s to ensure the business is kept abreast of developments within the industry.

    Qualifications
      • To be successful in this role, you will need to be degree qualified or have relevant aviation experience;

      • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Aircraft Leasing, Airline, MRO or related consultancy company;

      • Detailed knowledge of the Boeing and Airbus Products both narrow and wide body;

      • In depth knowledge of the CFM56 – 5 and V2500 Engines would be an advantage;

      • Project management experience is required;

      • Experience with Technical Management Systems for inputting and managing aircraft records;

      • Self-starter, problem solver, ability to work independently and a can-do attitude;

      • Good communications skills and the ability to produce technical reports to a high standard;

      • Collaborative approach to teamwork that supports the company culture;

      • Committed to professional excellence and demonstrate a natural attention for detail;

      • Highly motivated individual with the ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines;

      • Proven ability work within a multi functioning / multi – cultural team;

      • Computer literate and familiar with MS Office products;

    Duties and responsibilities
      • Achieve operational excellence, work closely with local HR team members to optimize employee experience and manage employee life cycle process (talent acquisition, onboarding & offboarding, compensation and benefits administration, tax filing, oversee payroll, HR compliance, employee relations, talent management, attendance and leave management, HR data analysis, learning & development, global mobility etc.) of all Group Companies; 

      • Be aware to latest market trend for employee wellbeing and benefits e.g. employee wellbeing research, flexible working hours, people policies, employee group benefits and awards etc.;

      • Ensure all HR data are promptly entered into the HR system and record filing in an accurate and timely manner.  Implement procedures to ensure such data is fully secure during and after the employee’s tenure;

      • Capable to establish HR policies and internal standard operating procedures.  Vigorously monitor changes in legislation and regulations and if necessary, make recommendation to streamline HR practices and modify documentation to reflect such changes proactively;

    Qualifications
      • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or relevant disciplines;

      • 5-9 years of HR experience in driving / lead HR projects related and relevant Human Resources operation experience;

      • Sensitive to figures and able to interpret and communicate statistical data; 

      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to manage multiple priorities and adapt to fast paced environment;

      • Gathering and following up on CP/CS for the typical transactions of an aircraft leasing and trading company.

      • Assisting in completing internal execution process.

      • Providing support to business teams, in particular the technical and asset management teams, including reviewing and commenting on related business documents.

    Duties and responsibilities

      Reporting to and assisting the Director, Asset Management in the performance of the following duties:

      • Manage the daily administration for aircraft operating lease contracts, including interaction with airlines for collection of lease deliverables;

      • Manage the daily administration for all lease deliverables, including rent, maintenances reserves, deposits and servicing fees, and timely issuance of all related invoices;

      • The administration and reconciliation of letters of credit and security deposits, aircraft maintenance reserve funds and periodic maintenance rate adjustments;

      • Monitoring all bank accounts to confirm receipt of receivables due; daily reporting and escalation as necessary of debt issues;

      • Lease review and preparation of lease summaries for all new assets;

      • The set-up of all aircraft and engine contracts in the Company’s asset management system including lease and loan covenants;

      • Reconcile and report on all monies received under contract during the month, and preparation of periodic reports required by the Company and aircraft owners;

      • Electronic storage of relevant documentation, and periodic quality “No-Gaps” audits;

      • The administration of technical purchase orders;

      • Monitoring of monthly lessee aircraft status reports and entry of monthly utilisation into the asset management system;

      • Management of all assets on the International Registry of Mobile Assets;

      • Monitoring and liaising with the Technical team in respect of the storage of aircraft technical records and to ensure timely and accurate input of technical data to the Leasepoint system;

      • Administration of the Company’s access to OEM and other technical online portals;

      • Other responsibilities as assigned by the Company from time to time.

    Qualifications
      • Bachelor’s degree or above majoring in finance, marketing, business management, aviation engineering or comparable professional fields;

      • 1-5 years of relevant work experience for an aircraft leasing company or in a similar contract management role in the aviation or other industry;

      • Fresh graduates with internship or short-term office working experience will also be considered;

      • Good communication, organisational and administrative skills, accuracy, attention to detail and the ability to produce reports to a high standard and manage priorities to meet multiple deadlines.

      • Develop strategic plan for assigned territory fully aligned with corporate goals and objectives, and manage the trading performance on a daily basis; 

      • Identify new JOL clients in the region directly or through multiple channels(e.g. banks, securities companies, tax and accounting firms etc.); 

      • Maintain solid relationships with new and existing clients, in particular, with key decision makers and senior management by regular visits, phone calls and emails etc;

    Qualifications

      • Minimum 3 years’ marketing, sales or origination experience in leasing companies, banks, securities firms or trading companies, with certain level of JOL or JOLCO knowledge and experience would be preferred;

      • Experiences in sales (other than JOL/JOLCO sales) is required; 

      • Confident and self-motivated;

      • Japanese is a must, English reading and writing capability preferred.

      • Assisting General Counsel and Head of Legal in supervising and running a sizeable in-house legal team located in Hong Kong and Dublin in all legal and compliance matters related to the Company, including its corporate approval process and corporate governance.

      • Assisting General Counsel and Head of Legal in providing legal advice to Senior Management in daily operations and special projects.

      • Providing legal support on aircraft leasing, financing and trading transactions, and fund-raising activities, including reviewing, drafting and negotiating transaction and fund-raising documents, and providing advice on structuring, compliance, exit and dispute resolution to various business teams. 

      • Assisting in all commercial contracts relating to the day-to-day operations of the Company, including reviewing, preparing and negotiating relevant documentation where appropriate.

      • Instructing and preparing briefs to external legal counsel for transactional and dispute matters.

    Qualifications
      • Qualified to practice law in Hong Kong, UK, US, Australia, Singapore or Ireland.

      • Minimum eight years’ post qualification experience in banking or aircraft leasing and financing work with an international law firm, or an aircraft leasing or trading company.

      • Strong management and organizational skills and be able to work under pressure.

      • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills, with a strong command of both written and spoken English and an ability to draft concisely and accurately.

      • Commercially astute, energetic and able to operate independently and lead.
