Duties and responsibilities
Assist with preparing the individual and consolidated financial statements of Hong Kong/Ireland/Tokyo platform and deliver the monthly management account to internal and external counterparties in a timely manner without major defects, including the preparation of bank statement reconciliation
Liaise with auditors in Hong Kong/Ireland and assist with the external and internal audit.
Liaise with secretarial companies to conduct board management and capital management
Liaise with secretarial companies for SPV establishment, maintenance and liquidation
Compile corporate accounting policy and procedures with the guidance of line manager.
Compile the accounting module within the corporate financial management system with the guidance of line manager.
Collect and keep the accounting records.
Other extra duties as required by line manager and senior management.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and above in accounting.
Proven experience in audit, accounting, or a related field. Candidate with accounting certifications will be an advantage.
Exceptional fresh graduates with strong academic records and relevant internship experience will also be considered.
Fundamental knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of products (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.)
Good interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills.
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.

Manage General Affair activities, including ordering and maintaining inventory of office supplies, coordinating mail and courier services, and overseeing meeting room management.
Daily office operations such as housekeeping coordination, building management liaison, maintenance of office equipment, and provision of basic IT support.
Assist in drafting general‑affairs‑related contracts and maintain accurate and organized documentation.
Handle payment processing and prepare internal documents for matters related to the Japan Representative, senior management, and general affairs.
Arrange domestic and international business travel for the Japan Representative and senior management, including travel bookings, employee travel insurance, and visa coordination.
Provide executive and secretarial support, including arranging restaurant reservations and meal‑related logistics for the Japan Representative and senior management.
Conduct front‑desk operations, including greeting visitors, managing telephone inquiries, and ensuring a professional reception environment.
Support the supervisor in planning and coordinating team‑building activities and other internal corporate events.
Assist the supervisor with assigned projects and ad‑hoc administrative duties as required.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferred)
More than 2 years of experience in general affairs or administrative work
Experience in reception duties such as handling external inquiries, phone calls, and greeting visitors
Experience using Microsoft Office 365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
Business‑level English speaking and writing skills (preferred)
Remarks: Fixed-term maternity cover for 12 months

Duties and responsibilities
Manage the development and promotion of projects and applications to meet company business needs by conducting requirements analysis, design validation, development support, data migration, testing, deployment, user training, and post implementation transition.
Work closely with both internal and external parties across all stages of the project delivery cycle to ensure the delivery process is consistent with company requirements.
Prioritize tasks and allocate resources effectively to meet deadlines and objectives.
Conduct regular system updates, upgrades, and patch management to maintain optimal functionality and security.
Monitor project progress, address risks, and ensure timely completion within budget.
Implement change management assessments and support change management at the project level.
Ensure all applications adhere to regulatory compliance and cybersecurity standards.
Build strong relationships with vendors to manage contracts, negotiate terms, and ensure SLAs are met.
Document project artifacts and deliverables such as functional specifications, test cases, and test results as required.
Conduct system operation after system go-live with infrastructure team.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above in IT, Computer Science or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of experience, previous exposures in OA / Financial Management System / HRMS system / AI automation projects are highly preferred.
Familiar in Microsoft Ecosystem and Power Platform low code development.
Proficiency in system integration, database management, and troubleshooting.
Experience in project management, business analysis, prototype buildup, UI/UX design and data analysis tools is an advantage.
PMP, PRINCE 2, ITIL, Microsoft certification would be an advantage.
A user-oriented, logical thinking and proven analytical and problem-solving skills
Independent, efficient, able to work under pressure with tight schedule.
Fluent English both in speaking and writing, Mandarin skills preferred.

Support in analyzing new transactions, prepare for transaction summaries and spreadsheet with analysis required for external and internal use, structuring as well as executing new transactions.
Maintain solid relationships with airlines and leasing companies based in Japan and acquire new business opportunities including SLB opportunities by regular visits, phone calls and emails etc.
Communicate regularly and maintain solid relationships with existing/new JOL clients by leveraging advantages of professional knowledge and experience in aircraft leasing business, connecting to a new business opportunity.
Actively collect market information through different channels to develop new business opportunities in the Japanese market.
Support Head of Business Development Division in various tasks if required.
Participate in various aircraft leasing conferences, seminars and events when needed.
Occasional domestic and overseas business travels to airlines and JOL clients when necessary.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above.
At least 3 years’ experience in aircraft JOL/JOLCO business at aircraft leasing companies or in aircraft leasing business at airlines, or relevant experience.
Have certain levels of knowledge and experience about JOL/JOLCO transactions.
Native level of Japanese is a must. Business level of English speaking, reading and writing competencies.

Duties and responsibilities
Look for new clients and opportunities within the assigned region to achieve the department trading target in JOL market proactively. Cooperate with relevant departments to close transactions smoothly.
Assist department head and team members to identify new JOL clients in the region through direct approach and diversity channels (e.g. banks, security companies, tax and accounting firms etc.);
Maintain solid relationships with new and existing clients, in particular, the working and deal execution level personnel by regular visits, phone calls and emails etc;
Identify the needs from new and existing clients and make appropriate proposals in a timely manner;
Prepare transaction summaries and analysis materials required for external and internal use;
Actively collect JOL marketing information through different channels and report internally in a timely manner;
Communicate efficiently and proactively with internal and external counterparties to complete the transactions according to Company’s standards;
Regular domestic business travels within Japan is required;
Occasional overseas visits to airlines and lessors to get market insights when necessary;
Participate in various global aircraft leasing related conferences and events when needed
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above;
Minimum 3 years’ marketing, sales or origination experience in leasing companies, banks, securities firms or trading companies, with certain level of JOL or JOLCO knowledge and experience would be preferred;
Experiences in sales (other than JOL/JOLCO sales) is required;
Confident and self-motivated;
Native Japanese is a must, English reading and writing capability preferred.

Duties and responsibilities
Providing legal support as part of a sizeable in-house legal team on aircraft leasing, financing and trading transactions, including reviewing, drafting and negotiating transaction documents, and providing advice on transaction structures to various business teams.
Providing legal advice on structures, documentation and compliance issues related to aircraft leasing, financing and trading transactions.
Instructing and preparing briefs to external legal counsel.
Reviewing all commercial contracts relating to the day-to-day operations of the Company and assisting in negotiations where appropriate.
Assisting department head in leading and coaching the junior team.
Developing documentation required by various business teams, including document templates, and company policy and procedures.
Assisting in the Company’s corporate approval process, corporate governance and compliance matters.
Qualifications
Qualified to practice law in Ireland, UK, Hong Kong, Australia or Singapore.
Minimum five years’ post qualification experience in aircraft leasing and financing work with an international law firm, aircraft leasing or trading entity, or a financial institution.
Strong organizational skills and be able to work under pressure.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills, with a strong command of both written and spoken English and an ability to draft concisely and accurately.
Commercially astute, energetic and able to operate independently and lead projects.
