1. Transactional Legal Advice

a) Provide legal advice for the aircraft trading transactions

• Review and negotiate legal documentation with investors and external legal counsel, provide support in managing deals, legal documentation and closings.

• Provide legal advice on new deal structures.

• Provide legal advice on labour law compliance in Japan.

3. Type II Financial Instruments Business

• Responsible for application for the Type II Financial Instruments Business license and develop and manage the post-registration work. In addition, it is expected to provide supports for other license registrations related to the financial services in Japan, if necessary.

• Experience working in a law firm or as a legal department manager in major enterprises. (Vice President:
