Duties and responsibilities
Responsibility of airline-based origination in designated region (sale and leasebacks, aircraft remarketing etc.);
Responsible for managing the “coverage” of airlines in designated region for the purposes of (a) sourcing and executing aircraft acquisition opportunities, (b) sourcing and executing aircraft remarketing opportunities for the owned and managed fleet, including lease extensions, (c) placing own orderbook, (d) expanding our airline relationships while maintaining existing ones;
Work to promote the Clover brand and commercial strategic efforts globally;
Work with team to ensure all aspects of a transaction including structure, credit, technical, tax & accounting, financing, legal etc. are acceptable;
Liaise with all relevant parties both internal and external to ensure ongoing reporting requirements are met and resolve all deal related issues on a timely basis;
Co-ordinate aircraft leasing and portfolio trading projects.
Bachelor or higher degree in Economics, Finance, management, Law, Air Transportation, English etc;
5 years or more experience in aviation related business including time spent within an aircraft leasing company;
Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office; Excellent English skills in both writing listening and speaking;
Good communication skills; able to travel frequently;
Self-motivated, good team player, customer focused, ability to take responsibility and lead projects.
