Duties and responsibilities
Provide an excellent level of IT support to all business units;
Provide end-users technical support and conduct troubleshooting technical issues within timeframes;
Conduct software installation, maintenance and access control, and ensure critical patches are applied;
Maintain hardware & software inventory record and prepare IT reports such as inventory, procurement, service, incidents records and so on;
Liaise with key users / stakeholders across local and global structure for any necessary support / change;
Undertake ad-hoc IT related tasks as required.
Degree holder in IT, computer science or equivalent;
About five years of working experience in desktop and infrastructure IT support role;
Strong understanding of IT service management concepts, such as ITIL & support ticketing systems;
A technical and logical thinking process and proven analytical and problem-solving skills;
Good command of spoken and written English. Fluent in Spoken Mandarin or Japanese will be an advantage;
Experienced in adapting to changing environments;
Attention to details and good judgement to ambiguities;
High tolerance of pressure.
