Duties and responsibilities
Support stakeholders for employees performance management;
Manage full cycle of recruitment for multiple searches, creating innovative sourcing strategies and engagement to bring the best talent to Clover;
Prepare and review the policies and procedures, conduct data analysis, and make recommendation on workflow streamlining and process enhancement;
Responsible for local and global C&B projects covering Hong Kong and other regions;
Make training and development plan and execute;
Promote and assist on the construction of corporate culture;
Assist on employee relation management.
Assist in ad-hoc projects as required.
Around 5 years' experience in Hong Kong as an HR professional with a bachelor’s degree;
Good command of both English and Chinese;
Experienced in aircraft leasing organizations will be an advantage;
Experienced in training and development will be preferred;
Strong stakeholder relationship management and influencing skills;
Proven ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively across all levels of the company both verbally and in writing;
Could work under pressure;
Experienced in adapting to changing environments;
Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills;
Attention to details and good judgement for ambiguity.
