Duties and responsibilities

  • Support stakeholders for employees performance management;

  • Manage full cycle of recruitment for multiple searches, creating innovative sourcing strategies and engagement to bring the best talent to Clover;

  • Prepare and review the policies and procedures, conduct data analysis, and make recommendation on workflow streamlining and process enhancement;

  • Responsible for local and global C&B projects covering Hong Kong and other regions;

  • Make training and development plan and execute;

  • Promote and assist on the construction of corporate culture;

  • Assist on employee relation management.

  • Assist in ad-hoc projects as required.


  • Around 5 years' experience in Hong Kong as an HR professional with a bachelor’s degree;

  • Good command of both English and Chinese;

  • Experienced in aircraft leasing organizations will be an advantage;

  • Experienced in training and development will be preferred;

  • Strong stakeholder relationship management and influencing skills;

  • Proven ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively across all levels of the company both verbally and in writing;

  • Could work under pressure;

  • Experienced in adapting to changing environments;

  • Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills;

  • Attention to details and good judgement for ambiguity.
